Mark joined the Agency in 2014 as a Principal owner. A licensed Florida Property and Casualty and Life/Annuities agent, he maintains his Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) Designation and is passionate about providing great quality insurance products and companies to Ford’s customers.

Prior to Ford, he enjoyed a successful 28 year career in the Restaurant business, spending almost 20 years with Darden Restaurants in Operations in addition to serving as Director of St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club, Director of Culinary Management Program and Instructor at Gulf Coast State College, and President of CSL Restaurant Consulting.

Mark currently serves as President of St. Cloud Main Street. He is also a member of St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, Osceola Chamber of Commerce, Florida Association of Insurance Agents and Professional Insurance Agents of Florida. Mark supports and is involved with many initiatives within the Central Florida community.
