Lillian has been a member of the Ford Insurance Agency team since 2015. She provides support to both Personal and Commercial departments at Ford Insurance and currently holds her Customer Service Representative License.  

Lillian works hard to ensure clients’ needs are met and can assist in both English and Spanish.
