Cindy is our Business Development Director and a licensed Florida Property and Casualty Agent. She a grew up in Osceola County but moved to South Florida in 1993. It was there she would join the insurance industry in 2006, working with a national insurance services provider. Her work has also included insurance consumer education and reform. Cindy earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. 

In 2019, Cindy returned to Osceola County, where she would eventually join Ford Insurance in 2021. She has served as a board and committee member for numerous non-profit organizations, including the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, the Alex Del Rio Foundation, Inc, Canine Assisted Therapy, Inc.  and the Miss Arc Broward Pageant. Cindy is passionate about serving her community and working on behalf of her customers.
