Casady currently serves as President of Ford Insurance. A lifelong resident of Bay County and a third-generation employee of the agency, she is the granddaughter of former owners Merrill and Barbara Swartz. A licensed property and casualty agent, Casady joined the team in 2023. She prioritizes building trust with her clients, fostering strong relationships, and protecting their assets.
